RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

RETURNS

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on hair, wigs, or accessories.


REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • There is a verified error on our end.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo and/or video proof.

 

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify but final decision to accept refunds or exchanges is that of Eleven:8 Hair Co.
